Simbot is Marksman spec through Trueshot Aura. I heard that mixing one Trueshot Aura and one BM spec hunter increases overall damage? Not sure how accurate that is?
Thoughts?

| Look at it this way, True shot aura buffs AP 125 for the hunters group only. I buff AP by 226 to the whole raid, (via EW) so if you don't already have a Surv hunter in the guild I highly recommend getting one. |

I read that the Survival Spec requires good gear to get that super-buff without drastically reducing you're personal damage.
Luli,
Any personal experience on what that cutoff is? Simbot has all Blues and pretty average stats (1400 AP, 30-something hit, 12-or so crit). |

| It's the crit you need to push, 30% crit or higher Minimum and then you want to push for over 600 agility unbuffed, (that includes the spec buff though.) AP is secondary to a surv hunter as long as you push your agility and crit yu should be fine. I'm at over 900 agility unbuffed now with 34% crit, or so. I switched over to surv with 1/2 kara gear rest blues. If you don't go surv for raids, I can not recomend enough to go BM, INSANE dps there. FI beats out TSA any day IMO, and if you can stack FI in a group even better. |
