| Guys i know we have had a long break and we need to look ahead but the instance we are looking at we need to have kara on farm status that means. If we can not dps shade how in the hell do you guys expect to get gruul. We need to focus to get the goals we want i know everyone is getting tired of the wipes and kara. Keep the spirts up and guys lets be postive on the runs. If you plan on being negative or drama queen stay the hell out of the raid and let the people that are wanting and needing gear go |

Hav has provided a good tool for us to analyze ourselves. We could identify the DPS ppl that are producing the lowest (factoring in time played), look at their gear on the WOW website, and then suggest gear upgrades to go after?
Then we can run some of the dungeons or group quests where that stuff drops.
Just a thought.
