I'm bored at work so I did this analysis for those that tailor:

Primal mooncloth costs only one bolt of imbued netherweave, not three. That bolt of imbued netherweave costs 3 regular bolts of netherweave + 2 Arcane Dust. The bolt of netherweave cost 6 netherweave each.

I got prices from Allakhazam:
Netherweave is listed as 22 silver each, which is 4.4 gold per stack. Getting it for less is good.
Bolt of imbued netherweave requires 2 arcane dust, which is listed at 1g80s each, and three bolt of netherweave
Therefore 1 bolt of imbued netherweave costs: .22 x 6 x 3 + 1.8 x 2 = 7 g 56 s
The Bolt of Imbued Netherweave has an average cost of 9g
Primal mooncloth requires 1 bolt of imbued netherweave + 1 primal water + 1 primal life
1 bolt of imbued netherweave 7g 56s to 9g
1 primal water 17g
1 primal life 12g
Total 36g 56s

Primal Mooncloth sells for an average of 40g
Therefore, if you're a mooncloth specialist then you make 2 mooncloth for each set of mats and you're profit is 43g 50s every 4 days.

Primal Mooncloth Bag goes for an average of 400g. It takes 8 primal mooncloth and 4 netherweb spider silk (6g 40s average).
8 x 40 + 4 x 6.4 = 345.6 g

I've seen the bags listed for 500g buyout on our server. Not sure if they actually sell for 400g or not but the 500g ones were not selling.

If the bags actually sell on our server for that extra 50g (versus the mats cost) then it would be worth it, but it seems like a pretty big risk and you have to grind you're skill to 375 whereas making primal mooncloth only takes a skill of 350. The last 25 points of skill is pretty expensive.

yup i am 375 moonccloth tailor.. my mooncloth making has kinda taken a downfall because i've been too busy with other things. alos it ain't that hard to farm up 1 primal life and 1 primal water in 4 days therefore u can add that 17 and 12g to your profits (+29g) and if your an enchanter along with it while you're farming those motes for primals u'll likely get a green or 2 to drop that u can de into the arcane dust thus saving more. and if you want to go just that little extra farther kill some humanoids for the cloth and u can make the whole 80g in profits (40g each mooncloth)

as far as the bags go a mooncloth selling for 40g @ requiring 8 =320g bag selling for 400g on average (i don't think they do sell for the 500g very well) that still leaves u with the same 80g profit. being mooncloth specialist making your own mooncloth it would take 16 days to make the cloth thus 16 days to the 80g compared to 4 days for the 80g.. (this is not counting the other mats needed to make them only counting the mooncloth) imo forget the bags but you can always advertise that u can make them with thier mats if they want one made (most people do tip for things like that or if you wanted you could set a fee price for it)
